Phoneme Forest is an excerpt from a four minute piece. I spent a lot of time writing a program that overlayed and compressed the four minutes into one, with chance "splicing", with a result sorta like Paul Lansky's "Idle Chatter" or Stockhausen's "Gesang der Junglinge" -- but when I was done, I decided that, technological coolness aside, I preferred the source material to the processed version, so that's what I've sent here.
